Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Free Services

Our basic seed conservation quiz and initial consultation recommendations are provided free of charge and do not require refunds.

2. Paid Consultation Services

For premium consultation services, we offer the following refund policy:

• Full Refund: Available within 7 days of service delivery if you're not satisfied
• Partial Refund: Available within 14 days for services partially delivered
• No Refund: After 30 days or once all deliverables have been provided and accepted

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at refunds@heritageSeedKeeper.in within the applicable time period
2. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing
4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Digital downloads after they have been accessed
• Custom seed conservation plans after final delivery
• Services cancelled after the agreed delivery date

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services before delivery begins for a full refund. Cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to fees for work completed.
